munster aka the stinky cheese

i love the children's book the stinky cheese man ... maybe the cheese man is made out of munster.

this cheese is creamy but not as creamy as the brie. the crust or rind is harder and usually it is colored of a mixture of orange, yellow and red. the texture is soft, but the taste is mild (not as strong as a roquefort). this cheese is made by a bunch of monks in munster valley.

if you do not want stinky feet in your refrigerator, i recommend eating it right away. each added days the more stinky it gets and you may have to buy a new refrigerator.
